A perfectly round, deep yellow-orange plum with paler yellow flesh, amazingly sweet and with a suggestion of apricot flavor. A variety of the 1940s, believed lost for decades, but lately rediscovered at one San Joaquin Valley farm. Outstanding, catches the eye with its bright color. Mid August. On Citation.
